One of the biggest hopes for the Portland, Oregon real estate market in 2024 is for an increase in new listings. So far, that’s remained just a wish.
New listings are down 5.4% through the first four weeks of the year.
It seems fair to note, though, that the area was under an ice storm for about a week during this time, so some plans were likely delayed.
Either way, the shortage of homes for sale remains, even with the continued draw back in demand.
